Flexible Spending Account
What is an FSA?
A Flexible Spending Account, or FSA, is one of a number of tax-advantaged financial accounts that can be set up through your employer.
Money deducted from your paycheck and deposited into an FSA is not subject to payroll taxes so you save money on expenses you normally incur. However, FSA funds that are not used by the end of the year or grace period will be forfeited.
Pre-tax payroll deduction:
• Health Care – 2026 IRS Maximum Contribution = $3,400
• Dependent Care – 2026 IRS Maximum Contribution = $7,500
• Debit Card for payment of claims
